External Faculty meeting.
A great Public Panel.
And to top it all: the 5+1 garden party!
After endless cancellations because of Corona we finally made it: We held our third External Faculty meeting — aptly named “Restart” — with dear friends and colleagues from all over the world.
We had a great — and yes, it was finally all live! — public panel discussion with prominent guests who reflected on how to manage a world in multiple crises.
And finally, we celebrated last year’s 5th anniversary with a 5+1 garden party in the courtyard of Palais Strozzi. What an exciting day!

Take 3: The Party
There was good wine and great food, beautiful music, and above all: many illustrious guests.
The opening speeches were given by Martin Polaschek, the Austrian Federal Minister for Education, Science and Research, Veronica Kaup-Hasler, City Councillor for Art and Science of the City of Vienna, and Hannes Androsch, industrial entrepreneur and former Austrian Vice Chancellor and Minister of Finance (1970–1981).
