WWTF funds several COVID-19 projects with Hub participation
We are happy to announce that the Hub was successful with several proposals submitted to the Covid-19 call of the WWTF (Vienna Science & Technology Fund).
CSH president Stefan Thurner will lead a project about the “Optimal restart of the economy.”
The project is a cooperation with Manfred Gronalt from the Medical University of Vienna, and Beate Pinior from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences and Vetmeduni Vienna.
CSH scientist Peter Klimek leads the “Daily updated corona map,” a cooperation with the Medical University of Vienna.
Hub as cooperating partner
In two more projects, the Hub is a cooperating partner:
CSH Associate Faculty member Thomas Niederkrotenthaler from the Medical University of Vienna leads the project “SARS CoV-2: Mental Health in Austria.”
Thomas will work together with CSH researcher David Garcia.
Last but not least, the Hub participates in the “Synthesis Of Disease Spread And Network Reduction Data For Covid-19 Simulation”, submitted by CSH Faculty member Allan Hanbury from TU Wien.
