New technologies influence how we use and transform our cities. In this context, the main challenge for ensuring smart and livable future cities is how we can use the flood of data for urban services and for assisting urban planning and design processes. In this workshop, we discuss methods for collecting and analyzing data sets from urban environments for developing predictive models and for assisting urban design processes for a new kind of digital master plan. The workshop aims to connect experts with different backgrounds to stimulate new collaborations and innovative future research directions.
