Peter Klimek nominated for “Communicator of the Year”

Mar 11, 2022

And once again: Peter Klimek

His inceasing Corona communication efforts pay off. Peter just received his next nomination—this time as “Communicator of the Year”.

The prize, awarded yearly by the Austrian Public Relations Verband (Public Relations Association, PRVA), “honors an Austrian personality who communicates complex socio-politically relevant topics in an outstanding manner without being a PR professional.”

The jury particularly liked (Peter’s) commitment to communicating scientific facts in a factual and comprehensible manner in public and media appearances, according to PRVA.

Other nominees are Ingrid Brodnig, Fritz Gergitsch, Daniel Landau & Roman Scamoni, Monika Redlberger-Fritz, and Dorothee von Laer.

Peter was already awarded (Austrian) Scientist of the Year in January and received the Watzlawick Ring of Honor (together with Stefan Thurner) in October 2021.

We keep our fingers crossed again!

Click here to contribute to the public online voting. It is open until April 17, 2022.
