Franz Papst is a PhD candidate at the Complexity Science Hub Vienna and the Institute for Technical Informatics at Graz University of Technology.
He received a master’s degree in cognitive science from the University of Vienna after receiving a bachelor’s degree in software development and business management from Graz University of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in philosphy from the University of Graz.
Franz is interested in emerging technologies such as deep learning and blockchains and in how they affect humans and society.
