Giordano De Marzo
PhD Candidate, CSH Vienna
Giordano De Marzo has been a PhD Candidate at the Complexity Science Hub Vienna since November 2021, at the Department of Physics of Sapienza University of Rome (Italy) and the Enrico Fermi Research Center. He is also a student of Sapienza School for Advanced Studies. He received his master’s degree in theoretical physics at Sapienza University of Rome.
Giordano’s research interests cover different topics of complex systems, such as social dynamics, economic complexity, neural networks, scaling laws, and networks theory. At the CSH he is working on the Kouzan project with the aim of developing a reputation algorithm for assigning credits to the contributors of collective projects such as GitHub libraries or songs.
He is collaborating as external consultant with companies and agencies such as Translated and UN ILO.
