Rainer Stütz

Researcher & IT Coordinator

Rainer Stütz has been a data scientist and IT Coordinator at the Complexity Science Hub since September 2022. Before joining CSH, he worked at the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT). Until December 2017, he was a member of the “Transportation Infrastructure Technologies” group (Mobility Department) at AIT with a research focus on the development of statistical models for traffic and accident data, respectively. In May 2017, he joined AIT’s “Data Science & Artificial Intelligence” group (Center for Digital Safety & Security), with a focus on large-scale cryptoasset analytics.

 

Rainer’s research interests include computational statistics, GIS, and Big Data.
